Fantastic service by 5 Star Chimney Service; our chase cover was no longer under warranty and they came out to reattach it free of charge! I would highly recommend this company.
We had recently moved into a house with a fireplace and found that smoke was entering the room when we built a fire. The chimney sweep, Joey, arrived and did a thorough inspection of the fireplace and chimney. He explained what he found and provided a detailed report. He answered all of the questions I had and was courteous. I called 5 Star based on a recommendation from family who have used 5 Star Chimney Service and were very pleased with their service. I would recommend 5 Star Chimney to everyone with a fireplace and will call them next time we need chimney service or repair.
I was very impressed with the feedback from 5 Star Chimney Service. In addition to a clean chimney, I was informed about the structural integrity of my chimney and offered different options to improve our safety with future fires.
Just had another great sweep by Jimmy and Mike. Super professional, courteous, neat, and thorough as always. Going into year 3 of burning in our wood burning stove and still loving it. 5 Star Chimney Service is a professional company that I have used for many years to clean my fireplaces.
