MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a 2-year degree or equal experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing or other similar service-related field
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-screened drug test and be able to pass random drug tests throughout the course of your employment
• Must be willing to participate in continued education throughout the course of your employment
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be able to manage tasks efficiently
• Must be able to work at heights near 45 ft.

• Excellent pay ($33K to $100K)
• Profit-sharing opportunities
• 3-day work weeks (3 – 13-hour shifts, starting at 6am until 8pm, Mon – Wed)
• Overtime required 3 months out of the year (OCT-DEC)
• Required to be on call 3 months out of the year (OCT-DEC)
